Private wine tour RATES

  $90 per hour (up to 4 guests)

$105 per hour (5 - 7 guests) 

6 hour minimum, 7 days a week

No Fuel Surcharge added​

No travel time will be added for locations within 30 minutes of our home base in Santa Rosa. If extra travel time applies, it will be added to your total tour hours for the day at your hourly rate.

Example rates: 

Sonoma - 15 - 30 mins. each way (Depends on traffic/construction)

Napa - 30 - 45 mins. each way (Depends on traffic/construction)

San Francisco & Oakland - Flat fee of $105 each way (includes bridge tolls)

• Private Wine Tour Rates include all pre-tour planning (itinerary & reservations), door-to-door pick up and drop off from your hotel or home, driver/guide, and bottled water. 
• Rates do not include tasting fees, lunch or gratuity.
• There are no hidden fees or fuel surcharges.
• Basic tasting fees are very reasonable (typically $25 to $65)
• A cancellation fee of $100 per day booked will apply if canceled within 72 hours of your tour. If you cancel on the day of your tour we will charge the full amount for the minimum number of hours. A credit card needs to be on file to secure booking.
• A cancellation fee of $150 per itinerary will apply if you cancel your tour after your itinerary/itineraries are complete.  This is in addition to our cancellation policies above if they apply.
• We do not service SFO or OAK airports.​
• We do not allow underage guests on our tours.
• We do not allow pets on our tours. Certified service dogs are welcome.
